Access your files quickly with Win+E

Press and Hold the “Windows” key and Hit “E” to open the file browser with your keyboard



Some of us access countless files throughout the day.  If you deal with a lot of nested folders, moving files from one place to another, and always find yourself re-opening locations every few minutes, this tip will save you an enormous amount of time.


Typically you might have file explorer on your quick access bar.  But even with this shortcut, you either open your current window and move out of the location, or you have to right click the shortcut and click on “file explorer” again.  Using Win+E you instantly get a new window so that you don’t have to change the location of any other windows
