Skipping up and down the page – Using Page Up/Down

Page Up – Jump Up in the Page

Page Down – Skip Down in the Page

 

Benefit

In an effort to keep your hands on the keyboard, you might just smash on the “Up/Down Arrow” now.  Don’t do this.  This is worse than moving to the mouse.  That’s where “Page Up/Down” come into play
